Delete your Finora account

This page is for the Finora mobile app (Smart Financial Workspace). Submit a deletion request for your Finora account. We verify the request before permanently removing your data — nothing is deleted immediately when you submit this form.

How deletion works

1. Enter the email and password for your Finora account below.
2. Type DELETE to confirm.
3. Submit the form. We queue a request for review (your data stays until approved).
4. After verification, Finora deletes your account and associated server data.

Guest / device-only users: uninstalling the app removes local calculator data. No Finora cloud account exists until you sign up.

What we delete (after approval)

• Account profile (name, email, password / sign-in links)
• Synced calculation history, saved reports, reminders, and goals
• Preferences, device / push tokens, and active sessions
• AI chat records associated with your account (if any)

What we may keep

• Anonymized audit / security logs (no recoverable email) for up to 90 days for abuse prevention
• Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you (if you previously enabled analytics)

Local data remaining on your phone (MMKV caches, exported files you saved) is removed when you clear app storage or uninstall Finora.

Delete some data without closing your account

In the Finora app you can delete individual history items and reports, clear reminders, and turn off analytics / crash reporting under Settings → Privacy.
